时间过得真快，还没采多少，带队阿姨就让我们下山了，说带我们去制作车间。还没进入制作车间，一股浓郁的茶香扑面而来，我忍不住深呼吸几口，让我陶醉其中，这里放着新鲜茶的半成品，虽是半成品，但香味却已经那么浓郁了，成品可想而知。带队阿姨告诉我们：“新鲜茶摘来后，在室内萎凋八小时，之后就要杀青，杀青后放于阴凉处进行回潮，回潮过的茶叶倒入锅中，进一步整形炒干完成定型，然后分筛，把筛出的大一点的茶叶再放入锅中，将其挺直，历时约5到10分钟，就可以将成品包装起来。”

阿姨还告诉我们，人工制茶与机器制茶的不同之处，人工茶更香更浓郁，凹凸不平；机制茶味道是比较淡的，形状扁平。

采茶到成品至少需要两天，我也体会到了茶农的辛劳，跟米一样，茶也是口口皆辛苦呀！

The door was gently pushed open. I turned around and saw my father gently closing the door, holding a pot of water and two cups in his hand. He saw me turn around, but he became uneasy. Did he disturb you! It’s okay, you keep doing it. Look at his expression, like a child who has made a mistake but doesn’t know what to do. I turned around and continued reading.

The tea rolled again, and the faint fragrance came back, but it was not as strong as before, and the color of the tea was also slightly lighter than before. I couldn’t help but yawn! It’s already eleven o’clock, my father gently handed me the tea.

Drink it! Be careful of getting hot! After speaking, he picked up his own tea and sat by reading, striving not to make any noise.
