上初中了,对生活的阅历丰富了,对双集的了解更多了——集市上每天都在上演着雷同的故事——喝茶。人们从方圆几十里地开车来到集上,坐在茶馆、茶楼里,大腿翘到二腿上,得意洋洋地喝着茶、嗑着瓜子,谈天说地,东扯西唠,自由自在地享受着茶所带来的乐趣;有男女双方订婚的,摆上几桌酒席,吃好饭,喝好酒,然后上茶,一派喜气洋洋的氛围。

耳濡目染,不觉对茶产生了兴趣,试着喝上一杯,噢,不像小时候那样苦涩难咽了,似乎闻到一股淡淡的幽香,尝到一种滑腻腻的润味,有一股清爽的感觉。

陪爸爸坐在茶馆里,像他那样慢条斯理地喝上几杯,仿佛像磁铁一样有一股无形的`吸引力,愈喝愈想喝,愈咋愈有味。爸爸看着我津津有味的样子,像在课堂上上课一样,娓娓道来:

“双集文化源远流长。古井相传为晋代竹林七贤所掘、饮用;竹林七贤常常在此饮酒赋诗、品茗下棋,流连忘返,直到长眠于现在尚存的七贤墓中。传说或已无从考证,但是双集人喜好喝茶的习俗还在,与古井的感情还在。

“一年四季中,田野村舍间,掩映着家家或古朴或时尚的茶馆——几张八仙桌,几条长木凳,乡亲近邻常坐其间,品茶叙话;茶倌穿桌绕椅,续水添茶,此情此景,让人恍如飘渺仙界……

“用古井水所泡之茶,杯满不溢,入口绵甜,日饮不烦,久饮不胀。

“经中国科学技术大学检测,古井水富含多种对人体有益的微量元素和矿物质,长期饮用此水可延年益寿。

“有诗为证:双集古井水质佳,民风习俗爱品茶。谈古论今茶楼生,日落昆仑忘返家”。

听着爸爸滔滔不绝的介绍,瞧着爸爸美滋滋地喝上几口茶,心中油然而生自豪感,为家乡的古井茶而骄傲,情不自禁地喝上一大口,含在口中久久地玩味……

I am in junior high school and have enriched my experience in life. I have gained a deeper understanding of the dual episodes – a similar story is played out every day at the market – drinking tea. People drive from dozens of miles to Jishang, sit in tea houses and tea houses, with their thighs tilted up to their legs, drinking tea and munching on melon seeds, chatting and chatting freely, enjoying the fun brought by tea; If both men and women are engaged, a few tables of banquets are set up, with good meals, drinks, and tea served, creating a festive atmosphere.

Immersed in the experience, I unconsciously developed an interest in tea. I tried drinking a cup, but it wasn’t as bitter and difficult to swallow as when I was a child. It seemed to smell a faint fragrance, taste a smooth and moist taste, and have a refreshing feeling.

Sitting in the teahouse with my father, I drank a few cups slowly like him, as if it had an invisible attraction like a magnet. The more I drank, the more I wanted to drink, and the more delicious it became. Dad looked at me with great interest, as if in class, and spoke in detail:

The Shuangji culture has a long history. It is said that the ancient well was excavated and consumed by the seven sages of the bamboo forest during the Jin Dynasty. The seven sages of the bamboo forest often drank alcohol, wrote poetry, tasted tea, and played chess here, lingering on until they finally rested in the surviving tomb of the seven sages. Legend may have no way to verify, but the Shuangji people’s habit of drinking tea is still there, and their relationship with the ancient well is still there.

In the four seasons of the year, there are tea houses in Tianye Village, which are either quaint or fashionable. There are several Eight Immortal tables and long wooden benches, which are often sat by villagers and neighbors, tasting tea and chatting. The tea waiter wears the table and wraps around the chair, adding water and tea. This scene makes people feel like a ethereal fairy world

The tea brewed with ancient well water will not overflow when the cup is full, and the taste will be soft and sweet. It will not be tiring to drink every day and will not swell after drinking for a long time.

According to testing by the University of Science and Technology of China, Gujing water is rich in various beneficial trace elements and minerals for the human body. Drinking this water for a long time can prolong life.

There are poems as evidence: Shuangji Ancient Well has good water quality, and the people love to taste tea. Talking about the past and the present, tea houses are born, and the sunset in Kunlun forgets to return home.

Listening to my father’s endless introduction and watching him happily take a few sips of tea, I felt a sense of pride in my heart. I was proud of my hometown’s Gujing tea and couldn’t help but take a big sip, savoring it in my mouth for a long time
