中国人喜品茶,我也喜欢饮茶。

 

一杯绿茶,若颜色深绿,闻之留有清香,品之尝有幽香,味回荡在口中,则为上品。而红茶则略显不同,若色呈暗橘,浓郁留口,也为上品。一杯好茶,需多种环境,才可能早就。

 

武夷山脉,地处东南,空气湿润,阳光充足,适宜茶叶生长。好茶,首先从茶叶开始。好茶叶,需天时、地利、人和,而武夷山脉,恰恰满足。即便如此,种好的茶树,要采摘完整的叶片,在尚还新鲜之时,用中火慢慢炒制。非有经验之人,绝不可能把控好炒茶叶的方法。炒制好的茶叶,也必需迅速处理。有以上几点要素,才可能有上等茶叶。

我也曾尝试泡茶。泡茶时,先将一切琐事抛于脑后,使人心神安宁,再开始泡茶。将杯碗洗净,茶叶过水,洗去染尘。再将茶叶“请君入瓮”,装于器中。将热水倒入,慢慢使茶之芳香融于水中,让茶叶“感化”那沸腾之水。待茶之芳香四溢之时,装入杯中,慢慢品味。掀开碗盖,闻着茶香,看着茶色,品茶之美,无与伦比,令人将一切烦恼一一化解,抛于脑后。

 

品茶之时,切勿过急,需小口小口的饮,才能得其三味,操之过急,乃饮茶大忌。先闻茶之味,其能将芳香直入心沁。次再饮之,品尝之时,一点点微抿,则能品之精华。其味,初品似无,细品味芳。其能使人神清气爽,令人愉悦,让人感到轻如飞燕。饮一次,终生难忘,将成一人之爱好。

 

茶蕴含之茶文化,传承千年,无人能比。唐代伊始,茶即闻名于天下。白居易曰:“无由持一皿,寄于爱茶人”,可见其知名度。唐中期,茶愈加出名,先后传于高丽、日本、印度、波斯,这些国度无一不对茶产生敬佩之情,融入他们的文化。宋代,茶文化到了鼎盛时期,长城内外,大江南北,处处修建茶馆、茶栈、茶肆,像茶碗、瓷杯更是在景德镇铸造辉煌,创造了伟大的瓷器时代,为中华民族留下了一笔传奇的文化宝藏……,到了明代,茶叶跟随瓷器、丝绸开创了陆地、海上丝绸之路,使华夏文化闻名世界……茶,是中华民族的宝贵文化,是中国的神来一笔!
