最近，我们学校举行了陶花节——茶文化专场的活动，在活动中，我学到了很多知识，比如：有关茶的歌、有关茶的故事、怎样泡茶才好喝

在活动的几天内，我们跟着陆华老师学了有关茶的歌。

在班队课上，陆老师在广播里将我们唱歌。赵老师在班里说着这件事，同学们听了哇哇大笑，顿时，教室里像炸开了锅。陆老师先把歌词跟老师们说，让老师把歌词写在黑板上，然后陆老师唱一句，同学们跟一句，唱得像只老虎，不过我们已经很努力的在唱了。叮铃铃下课了，同学们也跟着广播唱了起来。

有关茶的故事很多，有龙井茶的故事、黄山毛峰的故事、铁观音的故事、君上银针的故事其中我最熟悉的是铁观音的故事。故事是这样的：二百多年前，当地有一位老茶农姓魏名荫，精于茶事，又笃信佛教，每日早晚必在佛前敬献清茶。一夜，在梦中荷锄出门，至溪涧石旁，见石缝中有一茶树，枝繁叶茂，芳香似兰，深感诧异，正欲探身摘叶，忽被犬吠声惊醒。翌晨，他循梦中途径，行至观音岩打石坑石壁处，果然看到梦中所见茶树，汁淳厚细润，边缘作锯齿状，红芽绿叶，异于它种。遂将茶树移植家中一破铁鼎中，悉心培育繁殖，精工炒出从未有过的好茶，亲朋好友品尝之后，无不称道。由于此树是梦赐之物，又栽在铁鼎中，而且茶色重如铁，故取名铁观音。

我还知道了怎样泡茶才好喝。在活动的那天，家里来了客人，爸爸叫我给客人们泡茶，我根本就不会泡茶：一会儿茶叶放得太多，一会儿茶叶放得太少，一会儿水太热，一会儿水太冷我不情愿地倒起了茶，爸爸看见我烦躁的样子，走过来对我说：女儿，你这就不懂了，泡铁观音可不是这样泡的，应该这样泡：首先也是要把握好水温，泡乌龙茶的水温要在100度左右，水温太凉，铁观音就会泡不开，香气也不能发挥。其次在冲泡的过程中，要控制好冲泡的时间。时间和水温都把握的好，那冲泡出来的茶就应该不存在多大的问题。我听了爸爸的话，茅塞顿开，马就去泡茶了。在这次活动中，我学到了好多的知识。

There are many stories about tea, including the story of Longjing Tea, the story of Mao Feng in Mount Huangshan Mountain, the story of Tie Guanyin, and the story of Jun Shang Yinzhen, among which I am most familiar with the story of Tie Guanyin. The story goes like this: more than two hundred years ago, there was an old tea farmer surnamed Wei Mingyin in the local area who was proficient in tea industry and deeply believed in Buddhism. Every morning and evening, he would offer clear tea in front of the Buddha. One night, in my dream, I hoed my way out and went to the rock in the stream. I saw a tea tree in the crevice, with lush branches and fragrant orchids. I was deeply surprised and was about to lean over to pick the leaves when I was awakened by the barking of a dog. The next morning, he followed the path of his dream and arrived at the stone wall of the stone pit at Guanyin Rock. Sure enough, he saw the tea tree he saw in his dream, with thick and delicate juice, serrated edges, red buds and green leaves, different from other species. So he transplanted the tea tree into a broken iron cauldron at home, carefully cultivated and propagated it, and meticulously fried it to produce unprecedented quality tea. After tasting it, his family and friends were all praised. Due to the fact that this tree is a dream gift and planted in an iron tripod, and its brown color is as heavy as iron, it is named Tie Guanyin.

I also know how to make tea that tastes good. On the day of the event, a guest arrived at home. My father asked me to make tea for the guests, but I didn’t know how to make tea at all. Sometimes I put too much tea, sometimes I put too little tea, sometimes the water is too hot, sometimes the water is too cold. I reluctantly poured out the tea, and my father saw my irritable appearance and came over to me and said, “Daughter, you don’t understand. Making Tie Guan Yin is not like this, it should be done this way: first, it is necessary to control the water temperature, The water temperature for brewing oolong tea should be around 100 degrees. If the water temperature is too cold, Tieguanyin will not be able to brew and its aroma will not be fully developed. Secondly, during the brewing process, it is important to control the brewing time. If you have a good grasp of time and water temperature, the tea brewed should not have much problem. I listened to my father’s words, and the horse immediately went to make tea. In this activity, I learned a lot of knowledge.
