我国是茶的故乡。饮茶，在我国是相当普及的一件事情。登门拜访、接待亲友，一杯清茶便可让真挚之情充分地表达。可以说，茶文化是我国最深入人心的一种传统文化。图1：

我最喜欢的也正是茶文化。饭后，和爸爸、妈妈一起围坐在桌前，喝着我亲手沏好的香茶，别提多高兴了！“学习茶文化可以弘扬祖国的传统文化”，这是我们茶艺老师经常说的一句话。在茶文化课上，我学到了很多知识和许多关于茶的有趣故事。

茶的历史很悠久。相传在古代，我国的古茶神——神农氏为了了解每种植物药性，亲自尝百草。有一天他尝完几种草后有些中毒，但在吃了一种绿油油的叶子后，竟然不那么难受了。这就是我们常喝的绿色饮料——茶的来历。

饮茶有很多的礼仪与讲究。现在普遍的人们主要是饮茶，方法很简单，就是在杯中放好茶叶，再用沸水冲泡，便可以喝了。而在遥远的古代，饮茶的过程很复杂。其中也有趣的比赛：斗茶，也是宋朝的点茶。是用一种像碗刷似的工具把茶水打成沫沫，谁打的越多谁就获胜。唐朝用“煮法”，是用水煮开茶叶；明朝用“泡法”，也就是我们现在的方法。

茶的“圣人”是唐朝陆羽，他的著作《茶经》里详细写了茶之源、茶之具、茶之造、茶之器、茶之煮、茶之饮、茶之事、茶之出、茶之略、茶之图。后人很容易看懂。

现代茶的分类，基本有：红茶、绿茶、青茶、黄茶、白茶、黑茶。另外还有再加工茶，有：花茶、紧压茶、萃取茶、果味茶。最后还有保健茶和含茶饮料。

记得去年母亲节，学校组织的“母爱如茶”品茶会，我设计了一款“红醉夕阳”茶，以红茶、千日红花为主料，配上一块方糖，浇上滚烫的开水。立刻，杯中清水变为美丽的红色，并飘出浓浓的茶香与花香……很多人来品我的茶，夸我的微笑香甜，就像我的茶一样。

茶的知识有很多，我要学的也很多，不光要学会沏茶的方法、礼仪，而且也要体会饮茶的内涵、精髓。通过饮茶使人能够得到一种精神的快乐，并修得好的品德。我爱茶文化，我爱茶道。

I remember last Mother’s Day, during the “Mother’s Love Like Tea” tea tasting organized by the school, I designed a “Red Drunken Sunset” tea with black tea and thousand day saffron as the main ingredients, paired with a piece of sugar and poured with boiling water. Immediately, the clear water in the cup turned a beautiful red color and emitted a strong aroma of tea and flowers… Many people came to taste my tea, praising my smile for its sweetness, just like my tea.
