很多同学的家乡都有自己的特产,像瓷器、蜜柚、茶油等。而我老家的特产就是——端毛尖。
所谓端毛尖,就是从茶树上采摘下刚长出的翠绿翠绿的小尖尖,然后经过严格加工,炒制而成。有一次,我和可以不吃饭、不吃零食、但不能一日无茶的爸爸坐下来,准备泡茶。当开水冲入茶叶时,整个房间都香飘四溢。嘴馋的我正想伸手端起来喝,眼疾手快的爸爸,连忙阻止了我:“茶,第一次冲出来的,虽然香,但是却很脏。你想想,茶叶长时间晒在太阳底下,怎么说也会沾上灰尘吧?所以,第一次泡的茶,最好不要喝,就當是给茶叶和茶具洗个澡吧,我们可不想喝洗澡水呢!第二次泡的茶虽然没有第一次香,但是干净很多。”
