爱饮茶，于静静的星夜，于悠闲的午后，于一人静坐的时刻。

守着窗儿，一屋暗黄的灯光弥漫，一杯清茶伴于桌边，双手缓缓游抚于键盘之上，敲击出一个个流淌在心底的文字。守着窗儿，那种暖香，一杯，一杯，足以忘眠于整个夜晚。

曾几何时，像此刻，有如此心境的夜晚，于我，真是少之甚少。此刻，我的身体很疲惫，但心境却如轻啜一杯淡淡的毛尖。观此一杯青翠之色，散出淡淡的清香，此刻，我是沉醉的。

许多时刻，临窗静坐，仰望星天，不想来世，却在这一杯茶中犹念过往。

过往，即是曾经邂逅的梦，梦里，有一纸属于我的静默江南。

对江南的印象，是那一片片翠绿的茶山。清明之际，梅雨时节，茶山便雾霭蒙蒙。丛丛茶树，隐匿于雾间，若隐若现，显得很害羞，像是刻意模仿那千呼万唤方出现的琵琶女。山谷间的幽静，少时便会被日光打破，顿时，一切显得风和日丽，空气清新怡人，随后便传来一阵清脆爽朗的少女的歌声，不知哪处震出一嗓子汉子的喉音，青年小伙儿们似乎也在附和，于是茶山充满了情歌的浪漫。歌声里含着羞涩的回音，仿佛阵阵的涟漪触过耳边，掠过山岗，荡漾不绝。蓝天白云下，是一片翠绿，少女抚着茶树，采下一枚嫩叶，信手放进背篓。不得不说，斗篷下的倩影，曾装点过我这翠绿的梦境。

梦已远去，还好四季分明。并不是都喜欢每个季节，但总归每个季节里都有茶香弥漫。

眼下，面前已经摆了茶桌。喜欢在茶馆静坐，看茶艺师缓缓的做着一道道工序，烫壶，拨茶，一柱滚烫的.清流注入杯底，旋起的翠绿珠叶缓缓伸展，之后徐徐沉入杯底，几秒钟，透明的水便已被浸染成一杯有色的“琼浆。”绿茶，汤色碧绿清澈，杯中绿叶飘逸沉浮，品其滋味，顿觉神清气爽，回味无穷。黄茶，汤叶均黄，青嫩香润，明黄如杏，口味甘醇，鲜爽回甘，其性凉微寒，夏季饮之，去暑解热。白茶，茶毫如银似雪，汤色黄绿清明，味淡如水。红茶，黑茶，乌龙，均不一引之。而茶之一泡，味略涩而浓醇。二泡，品味为之最好。三泡，轻轻一啜，一股淡淡的清幽绵延入口，唇齿留香。慢慢地，仿佛仰躺于浮云之上，我便沉沦在这一杯属于自己的如画江山里，无法自拔。

海边饮茶，想必亦有一番景致。在青岛，有着众多的茶馆，晴日里随便走进一家的二楼，静坐之中，隔窗望海。看那海天一色，白云之下，渔船归来，海鸥紧随，浪花翻滚，踏浪戏水的游人仿佛喜欢这种热闹。而这种热闹，于我，无所谓欢喜或厌恶。抿一口崂山绿茶，我在这杯水中甚是安宁。

饮茶本是一种简单的事情，而饮茶的方式与工序却是繁琐的，正是由此，方形成了饮茶文化，以及后来的欧洲和日本的茶道文化。日本继承了中国的清茶文化，并将其发展为一门具有表演性的茶道艺术。而在欧洲，红茶则成了调和饮料，与牛奶，咖啡，糖，柠檬调制，形成了特有的欧洲式的饮茶文化。英国人喜欢于悠闲的下午，集三五亲友，一杯调制的红茶，几碟点心，消磨掉整个午后的时光。

偶尔喜欢喝啤酒和咖啡，但总觉得三杯两盏酒和咖啡却不如一杯茶来的简单。喜欢饮酒多半是常常失意，喝咖啡大多怀有重重心事，而一杯茶，陪伴的则是心境。所谓品茶，讲究的是“品”，与“喝”不同，喝茶是为了解渴，而品茶则超脱了茶水之境界。品，茶汤香醇，心情愉悦，环境优雅，种种因素加之一起方能称之为品茶。经常去茶馆的人会发现，传统的茶馆往往会营造出品茶之境以增添人们的品茶之趣。比如，茶馆里会有传统的乐师弹奏悠悠的古筝之曲，老人也会以下棋添趣。而书画，花艺，也可以营造出浓重的文化氛围。若置身于此情，此景，那么，多少忧思不能被释怀忘却呢？

茶与我，仿佛一对老友，我于茶敬重，茶于我醇香，彼此相互倾慕，给予。茶盏前，是属于我的一段静默时光。此刻，没有杂念，只有饮茶者的心与茶的交融。

The girl stroked the tea tree, picked a tender leaf, and casually placed it in her basket. It must be said that the beautiful shadows under my cloak have adorned my emerald green dreams.

The dream has passed away, fortunately, the four seasons are distinct. Not everyone likes every season, but in the end, there is a fragrance of tea in every season.

At present, a tea table is already set in front of us. I like to sit quietly in a teahouse, watching tea masters slowly perform various processes, such as boiling the pot, stirring the tea, and pouring a column of hot and clear water into the bottom of the cup. And this kind of excitement doesn’t matter to me whether it’s joy or disgust. Taking a sip of Laoshan green tea, I feel very peaceful in this glass of water.

Drinking tea was originally a simple matter, but the methods and processes of drinking tea were cumbersome, which led to the formation of tea drinking culture and later tea ceremony culture in Europe and Japan. Japan inherited China’s tea culture and developed it into a performing tea ceremony art. People who often go to tea houses will find that traditional tea houses often create a tea tasting atmosphere to enhance people’s taste. For example, in tea houses, traditional musicians will play leisurely guzheng songs, and elderly people will also add fun by playing chess. Calligraphy, painting, and flower art can also create a strong cultural atmosphere. If we are in this situation, this scene, how many worries cannot be let go and forgotten?
