爱饮茶,于静静的星夜,于悠闲的午后,于一人静坐的时刻。

 

守着窗儿,一屋暗黄的灯光弥漫,一杯清茶伴于桌边,双手缓缓游抚于键盘之上,敲击出一个个流淌在心底的文字。守着窗儿,那种暖香,一杯,一杯,足以忘眠于整个夜晚。

 

曾几何时,像此刻,有如此心境的夜晚,于我,真是少之甚少。此刻,我的身体很疲惫,但心境却如轻啜一杯淡淡的毛尖。观此一杯青翠之色,散出淡淡的清香,此刻,我是沉醉的。

 

许多时刻,临窗静坐,仰望星天,不想来世,却在这一杯茶中犹念过往。

 

过往,即是曾经邂逅的梦,梦里,有一纸属于我的静默江南。

 

对江南的印象,是那一片片翠绿的茶山。清明之际,梅雨时节,茶山便雾霭蒙蒙。丛丛茶树,隐匿于雾间,若隐若现,显得很害羞,像是刻意模仿那千呼万唤方出现的琵琶女。山谷间的幽静,少时便会被日光打破,顿时,一切显得风和日丽,空气清新怡人,随后便传来一阵清脆爽朗的少女的歌声,不知哪处震出一嗓子汉子的喉音,青年小伙儿们似乎也在附和,于是茶山充满了情歌的浪漫。歌声里含着羞涩的回音,仿佛阵阵的涟漪触过耳边,掠过山岗,荡漾不绝。蓝天白云下,是一片翠绿,少女抚着茶树,采下一枚嫩叶,信手放进背篓。不得不说,斗篷下的倩影,曾装点过我这翠绿的梦境。

 

梦已远去,还好四季分明。并不是都喜欢每个季节,但总归每个季节里都有茶香弥漫。

 

眼下,面前已经摆了茶桌。喜欢在茶馆静坐,看茶艺师缓缓的做着一道道工序,烫壶,拨茶,一柱滚烫的.清流注入杯底,旋起的翠绿珠叶缓缓伸展,之后徐徐沉入杯底,几秒钟,透明的水便已被浸染成一杯有色的“琼浆。”绿茶,汤色碧绿清澈,杯中绿叶飘逸沉浮,品其滋味,顿觉神清气爽,回味无穷。黄茶,汤叶均黄,青嫩香润,明黄如杏,口味甘醇,鲜爽回甘,其性凉微寒,夏季饮之,去暑解热。白茶,茶毫如银似雪,汤色黄绿清明,味淡如水。红茶,黑茶,乌龙,均不一引之。而茶之一泡,味略涩而浓醇。二泡,品味为之最好。三泡,轻轻一啜,一股淡淡的清幽绵延入口,唇齿留香。慢慢地,仿佛仰躺于浮云之上,我便沉沦在这一杯属于自己的如画江山里,无法自拔。

 

海边饮茶,想必亦有一番景致。在青岛,有着众多的茶馆,晴日里随便走进一家的二楼,静坐之中,隔窗望海。看那海天一色,白云之下,渔船归来,海鸥紧随,浪花翻滚,踏浪戏水的游人仿佛喜欢这种热闹。而这种热闹,于我,无所谓欢喜或厌恶。抿一口崂山绿茶,我在这杯水中甚是安宁。

 

饮茶本是一种简单的事情,而饮茶的方式与工序却是繁琐的,正是由此,方形成了饮茶文化,以及后来的欧洲和日本的茶道文化。日本继承了中国的清茶文化,并将其发展为一门具有表演性的茶道艺术。而在欧洲,红茶则成了调和饮料,与牛奶,咖啡,糖,柠檬调制,形成了特有的欧洲式的饮茶文化。英国人喜欢于悠闲的下午,集三五亲友,一杯调制的红茶,几碟点心,消磨掉整个午后的时光。
